We provide two options catering to different experience levels. The first ice bath has a temperature between 2-3 degrees Celsius, tailored for those accustomed to cold water immersion. The second option ranges from 8-12 degrees Celsius, ideal for beginners.
During a 30-minute session, individuals can submerge up to their chest or chin in the ice bath. Initially intense, the cold temperatures, especially when wearing only shorts, become more tolerable after 5 to 10 minutes as the body adjusts. With regular sessions, individuals can gradually increase their tolerance to the cold, thus maximising the benefits of this recovery method.
